The term “Holistic” emphasizes the importance of the whole and the interdependence of its parts. From a holistic perspective then, our lives reflect more than mere physicality. As a Holistic Life Coach, I emphasize this broader view when assisting clients to work through life challenges.

Coaching is about moving from surviving to thriving. Coaching is about working with mentally sound and healthy individuals that want to go to the next level in their lives. You are the key to your own healing. It is my responsibility to ask you the right questions to help you connect to that place within that gives you the capacity to embrace real and lasting change, connection, and purpose. It is my intention to coach you on this path of change by assisting you to claim real-life tools, understanding, and strategies based on holistic wisdom.

Your Investment

You are, first and foremost, investing in a better YOU. You are investing in change, in soul work, in healing, and in a profound transformational process of discovery.

Coaching is done by a per hour basis and a time commitment based on your specific goals. Coaching cost per hour is $225*.

* Coaching fee includes session time as well as email or text contact (within reason) for the duration of our coaching contract.

Payment is taken before or at the time of service.
Payment options include: cash, pay pal, or venmo.
